A Look Back for A Comeback

When Guns n' Roses decided to kick off their reunion tour with a secret free show at the Troubadour nightclub in West Hollywood, they didn't want to simply hand out tickets, they wanted to treat their most diehard fans to a spectacular event.  With the help of Blaine Halvorson and the incredible talent at MadeWorn, LTDU created and curated a completely immersive experience that transformed the infamous Tower Records building into a 1980s dive bar complete with the sights and smells you would expect to find at any real rock and roll club.  The room served to transport fans back to the Sunset Strip of old and to display some truly iconic GNR memorabilia.  From Slash's top hat to Axl's infamous sneakers to Duff's GNR pinball machine, fans got a chance to get up close and personal with items from the band's personal collection. The experience included a real ticket booth where guests could pickup passes to the historic Troubadour show, unique video installations, and culminated with fans rocking out to Guns n' Roses' biggest hits all in a space that felt like it was straight out of the band's heyday.
